At the time of submitting request, proper duration need to select from the box. Normally, validity of the service is 1 , 2, 6, 12 and 24 months.
For Staging server, the token is generated on the IP where the application will be deployed. Similarly for the production server, the token is generated on the domain of the web site.
User can apply to get a particular service for Staging server for two times subsequently . If that service is required beyond that, authorization letter need to submit .

The validity of GIS service hosted in Staging server is for 1 or 2 months.
The validity of GIS service used in application in deployment server is 6,12 or 24 months .
The Authorization and forwarding letter required for the application deployment in the deployment server .
The head of the organization need to sign the Authorization Letter .
Joint Secretary or equivalent rank and above, GOI (refer Table 1) in official letter head need to sign the forwarding letter .
Both the Authorization Letter & forwarding letter need to submit to State Informatics Officer, NIC of the respective state . For the ministry, Both letters need to send directly to The Deputy Director General, Remote Sensing & GIS Division, National Informatics Centre (NIC) , Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology ,A-Block, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road ,New Delhi - 110 003
